Watercolor also aquarelle is a painting method in which paints are made of pigments suspended in water based solution.Watercolor refers to both the medium and the resulting artwork. The traditional and most common support material for watercolor painting is paper. This painting medium is usually translucent and appears luminous because the pigments are laid down in the pure form with few fillers obscuring the pigment colors.
This workshop is organized by pH Designs in collaboration with Versatile Maniacs.
Workshop Details :
Day 1 :- On first day participants are introduced to watercolor painting medium, watercolor paper, brushes and are taught its application with various techniques following the easy watercolor painting for trial and learning.
This session will enable them to understand the color schemes, various brush styles, watercolor styles and light & shadow concept.
Day 2 :- On second day participants are given reference photos of painting of an advanced level and are guided further with previous days learning and create an artwork of their own.
The workshop will provide participants with brushes, watercolor papers, masking fluid and masking tape.
Participants have to bring along with them artist grade camlin watercolor cake box set, an exam board and basic stationery.
At the end of workshop participants carry with them two watercolor artworks.
