This is a Taekwondo Summer Camp 2018 organised by Paatliputraa Taekwondo Academy which will focus on enhancing Taekwondo skills of an athlete. This 15 days rigorous training camp will be helpful to improve the techniques and implementation of this Korean Martial Art. Athletes will be certified after successful completion of the training.
Activities will include
1. Focus on Conditioning, Speed, Stamina, Flexibility and Extreme Kicks.
2. Sparring techniques, Poomsae skills & implementation, Cross training involving steps, ladder, cones and more!
3. Kyorugi and Poomsae practice, Self Defense techniques.
