Utthan, meaning Rise, Uplift, Progress, liberation etc. is conceived to impart right education and training to the aspiring students to secure a position in coveted civil services conducted by Union Public Service Commission. To enter into the services, it requires proper blending of hard and smart work with right approach in answer writing for a diverse range of subjects called as General Studies. This makes it different from other competitive examinations and earned the name “mother of all written examinations” across the globe.

Through our continuous observation while training students for Civil Services, it has been observed that a gap exist between what is taught at College & University level and what actually is required to compete in the examinations, the diversity of subjects and topics further aggravate the level of difficulty. To fill this gap, Utthan has been conceived with a purpose to help maximum students to qualify the coveted civil services examination and contribute in building the nation.
