Its CONCEPTS was started in 2010 by Nisha Sharma Mahajan who is MBA (Finance) and has completed all levels of CFA®, FRM® and CPA®. She has around 10 years of rich work experience in Investment Banking, Financial Reporting and the Education Industry. She has worked with one of the top Investment Banks and one of the big 4 auditing firms. Her work profile comprised of working on Leveraged Finance, Financial Sponsors, Mergers & Acquisitions Special Purpose Entities and Federal Taxation among other things. She has more than seven years of teaching and mentoring experience on the professional front. She is also the lead faculty at Its CONCEPTS taking multiple sessions for all levels in all the courses.
